I help clients manage symptoms stemming from:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Existential Fear/Dread

  • Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder

  • Low self-esteem/self-worth

 

I work collaboratively with folks on a variety of topics to reach their goals of feeling better, engaging better, or doing better.

I work with adults on an individual basis. I often work from an eclectic framework, mixing Humanistic and Narrative lenses to support clients working towards their goals.

I also use Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approaches depending on the needs of the client.

I strive my hardest to create a therapeutic space that is affirming and inclusive of all genders and sexualities.

For me, this means continuing to be up-to-date on advances in 2SLGBTQIA+ research, challenging oppressive narratives and practices that come up in sessions, and using an affirmative stance in my work with clients.

 

I am happy to offer a supportive space to any client who identifies as part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.
